My only complaint is the advisor that carried out the pre checks. He forgot to write down the results of one of my tests and proceeded to test the same eye as before. When confronted he became defensive and argued with me. The option was the one that noticed this from the pictures. I feel that if he had checked the pictures of my eye when l queried this he would have realised that he was wrong, apologised and corrected the mistake.
