From the moment I arrived I was treated with courtesy and kindness. Three people dealt with me during the course of the examination. They were all very efficient and professional. The Optometrist explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Michelle helped me choose my glasses, and was patient - not hurrying me in any way. The only downside was that they were all so busy - there was a small delay in getting my prescription checked,- but that was really a very small minus. Thank you all. Sue Savory
