My treatment from all your staff can only discribed as excellent from each and every one, however I have an ongoing problem with my left eye, which is being dealt with by the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital and I need to change the prescription as my sight changes, But Boots have a policy of making its customers buy complete new glasses each time, and considering I have spent over £ 8000.00 in the last year. I do not wish you to contact me regarding this as your policy for dealing with this will not change ,
