I was worried about sudden appearance of a cluster of floaters. Went into Boots Castle Mall on spec in the hope of seeing someone. Rob took all my details and was extremely helpful - so much so I was given an appointment later that afternoon. All the pre-appointment tests were very thorough and Youssef, optometrist, was fantastic. Again very thorough and extremely helpful in giving advice - and comfort! He also gave me leaflets about my condition and explained them, too. Absolutely first class.
