All staff during my visit were friendly and informative. The optometrist was very thorough during the examination and explained every stage of the process. I did not feel pressured into having any unnecessary optional extras added to my prescription glasses which is good. Guidance was given when choosing frames and I was allowed to try them on and make a choice myself, rather than having someone shadow me and feel obliged to agree out of politeness. Having said that, help and advice was available at all times should you want/need it. I would definitely recommend Boots Opticians and I look forward to collecting my new glasses.
