To start with I was in store and couldn't make an appointment for the next month as they said they didn't take appointments that far ahead, it was only a few weeks away so I did not understand this system. When I called as advised to make the appointment closer to the time it was easy and the appointment itself was very easy and efficient with minimal waiting. Service was all good, just would have liked to have been able to make the appointment at the time rather than having to call back.
