Andrew saw me. Such a nice man. He had been recommended to me 2 years ago. I was so happy with him that I rebooked again this year. He is an excellent Optician. The people who saw me afterwards were very helpful with my choice of glasses. Especially the deputy Manager a lady whose name has escaped me. She was incredibly helpful.

Impressed by the excellent friendliness of well informed staff, although I was not introduced to the optometrist by his name, but he was very pleasant and easy going too. As there was both my husband and I choosing new glasses I thought Keely was very patient.

I was served on two occasions by Caroline. She undertook the initial health check and on a subsequent visit helped with choosing frames etc. Throughout, she was helpful and patient and though she has probably done this a thousand times before, she gave no indication of that and took time to explain things to me. Likewise, Andrew, the Optometrist made me feel comfortable and relaxed.
