The arranged appointment was on time. The eye examination by the optician named Mo proved thorough with concise advice. Ample opportunity to discuss treatment options where appropriate. The optician's assistant, Keely proved extremely polite and most helpful in assisting with selection of new spectacles. Gentle and helpful advice without any trace of high pressure sales techniques. Overall the two people I dealt with provided an excellent service.
