I had an appointment for 10am; although I was expecting to wait I was dealt with immediately. The optician was very polite, friendly and thorough in throughout the initial tests. I was impressed by the professionalism and skill he demonstrated. I was then moved to another area and the second optician dealt with the near and far sight issues. This was again handled with great proficiency and I was impressed that he remembered me from my last eye test. I was totally satisfied with the whole procedure and the manner in which the Boots staff conducted themselves. Thank you!
