I was nervous going into the appointment because of past experiences but Rebecca Simpson really put me at ease and walked me through the entire process. She was kind and helpful and even made finding glasses fun. This may not seem like a lot to some people but it was huge for me and means I won't put off my next appointment like I had this one.
