Every member of staff that I came into contact with yesterday during my visit was extremely helpful. I saw Lauren first, who did my Fields Test, Pressure & Focus Check and the Retinal Photography. She then took me in to see the Optician for my Vision Exam. Fareedah (or Farida), the Optician performed a very thorough and accurate vision examination & provided exellent information about my eye care, especially as I suffer from Glaucoma. She explained the outcome of the examination and recommended a new pair of lenses and also advised me regarding obtaining a voucher from my employers towards the cost of the lenses due to the nature of my job (VDU work). Finally, I met Caroline who guided me through the various options for the Varifocal lenses and frame choices. Since I'm keen to keep the existing frame, she advised me of the cost of re-glazing the frame with the new lenses, the timescales to delivery and the fact that I shall be without my current glasses for that period of time. I am extremely pleased with my consultation and would definitely recommend Boots the Opticians to my family and friends. Thanks
