All the staff were very friendly, welcoming, considerate and professional. Lauren, a trainee, checked me in and carried out the measurements/tests before I had the consultation with the optician. She was very competent and customer friendly. The optician was very clear, professional, friendly and happy to explain his findings. I gave each of them positive feedback face to face, and I'm pleased to confirm it here. Arranging the appointment was unsatisfactory. First I tried and failed with online booking: despite the screen clearly showing that I'd entered my date of birth the system said (twice) that I hadn't entered it. I then dialled the 0345 number and wished I'd called the branch direct because of how long it took to fix the appointment.
