I was kept waiting too long after arriving and being told to take a seat. Some people arrived after me and said they were early but they were seen before me. I then had a follow up Goldman appointment a few days later, for which I had to take time off of work, I was kept waiting 15 minutes before somebody then came to tell me that they were unable to perform my tests as they had run out of eye drops. This is not acceptable. I made a further appointment for the following week and was told that they would contact me either way as to whether they had the eye drops. After hearing nothing on the morning of the appointment I then contacted them to be told they still didn't have any drops and they would again have to reschedule my appointment for next week!
