Called in to collect prescription glasses. Appoiontment had been arranged face-to-face in store a few days earlier, so no need to wrestle with the on-line booking system. Reception was good, Melanie was excellent, both professionally and as a customer contact person. This is a very good place to visit for professional care and friendly service in my experience: one time I had a worrying problem, and they fixed me up with a thorough examination straight away.
