The initial care and eye tests for my daughter was covered with ease and professionally. And on returning, her glasses and contact lens fitting again I cannot fault. Totally looked after and staff nice and friendly. Explained everything well. But on returning to do the contact lens contract, it was with a not so nice member of staff, who bluntly told us, we would pay X amount for 3 months before getting any lenses, but we could buy lenses until the contract ones were delivered. We asked what we were paying for and she told us, free after care, and half price glasses, (my daughters glasses were free), and the free after care appeared not so free. So we did not sign up. We have also checked and the lenses we ordered are cheaper else where on the high street, we were also made to pay up front for them, which we have never had to do for my wife's lenses. Also the lenses we had to order, we were informed, were one of the most popular prescriptions. But there're was no stock, hence the order. So I'm sorry to say we will be purchasing our daughters lenses elsewhere.
