The optometrist was lovely, didn't get her name but she had a lovely Yorkshire accent; a lovely Yorkshire lass :-) Was very patient with me when I had a panic attack.

At the time of writing this I have no access to the name of the Optometrist that assisted me, but, He was an absolute wonder. He was young and fresh out of university, but he was very professional and confident in his work. He can hold a normal conversation with you whilst he carries out his test which made me feel more relaxed. I wouldn't mind if I never saw anybody else but him. The lady who I had through the first part of the tests was also fantastic.

My consultant was very friendly. Explain all the tests being carried out on my eyes. So I understood what was happening. Explain all the options of what glasses would best suit my needs. Overall a great experience and very happy.

Very relaxed and caring attitude from all staff during the appointment. Was a mix up with the appointment time however this didn't cause any major issues.
