Optometrist was amazing, took time to explain what he was doing and showed me my results and explained my prescription thoroughly. However i was charged £25 even tho i had an exemption certificate and showed it assistant. I have to return to store for a refund and to also get my nhs voucher which was not given to me either. Partner also had appiontment and waxnt charged for eyetest but also did not recieve nhs voucher..staff seemed uninterested ...

I was offered a 2nd pair st half price, I went for this option and chose the frames and tint. I was advised they would call me when both pairs were ready for collection. Later in the day I received s call to say they had made an error and I was not entitled to the 50% discount on my second pair, This was very disappointing and on bern given incorrect advice I decided to cancel the 2nd pair. I am a very unhappy customer,
