Friendly helpful receptionist on arrival. Smiling makes all the difference. My contact lense check optician was very helpful and I felt that he was really concerned that I was comfortable when wearing my lenses. His eye check was thorough and I was very satisfied with his advice. The Optometrist for my eye check was also very friendly and I felt that she was similarly concerned about my eyes. I was treated to a very professional eye check and could discuss any concerns that I had. I have no hesitation in recommending Boots at Castle Boulevard and have been a client for many years even though it is not local to where I live. I have also recommended it to friends who are also now clients. My only real "gripe" is that varifocal lenses are so expensive when spectacles need to be replaced even though I am allowed half price frames.
