This centre greatly benefits from it's staff retention. It's great to see Gemma (the assistant manager) who is always bright, smiley and helpful and recognises you and asks how you are. You don't feel awkward asking a question and all responses are given with the interests of the customer in mind. The only feedback I have is the optometrist was interrupted twice and felt this distracted them and clearly wasn't welcome by their response.
