The lady that took my daughter and my details was extremely helpful (Gabby) and was very helpful when I wanted to choose some new frames. She never made us feel rushed and was great with my daughter.

Late going into appointment - which always seems the case. However the actual appointment was very professional. As I have contact lens and glasses check one after the other - I find that I am having some of the tests done twice which is rather time consuming and unnecessary for all. Surely the records could be shared. Especially the looking into the eyes ones.
