Really good service, booked a day before and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was recommended by someone else and completely agree that the service is perfect.

He told me his name, but at no time did he tell me he was a trainee... and at no point was his work overseen. He omitted to check my driving vision. I was left to talk to a contact lens gentleman, who was less than fragrant, then sent out to look at frames. After browsing and trying on for ages, I finally had to ask an assistant to help.. foolishly I thought she might offer some advice... no... "it's really difficult, there's so many to choose from... it's up to you " is what I was told. I finally asked another girl, who was a great help. I potentially sourced two pairs of frames, to find the price was astronomical... almost £500, even with staff discount. I left, and as there was barely a change in my prescription, I went to the opposition and purchased a pair of prescription sunglasses from them, for £80. I'm sorry that my treatment was less than satisfactory, but coupled with my husbands last visit experience, I doubt we will be using you again.... in spite of the staff discount... just way too expensive for treatment offered.

I was kept waiting about half an hour before my appointment which was not great! The optometrist was apologetic about this which was good. He was very friendly, professional and thorough so the appointment itself was very good.

Cannot fault the care I received. Very clean and well kept premises. My optometrist couldn't have been better! He explained every test and answered any questions I asked. No pushy sales. Brilliant service. I will definitely recommend.
