Every time we visit it takes at least an hour. We are normally kept waiting and there always seems to be inefficiencies that make it take longer, like waiting for someone else to check or do another bit of the process. It puts me off going as it is anything but a quick visit! As a glasses/CL wearer with two kids who have eye tests, one who has glasses it seems like I spend half my life in this store!

I normally have my eyes tested elsewhere but decided to use Boots opticians as they were local to me. From the moment I walked I noticed how friendly the staff were. I saw three different people throughout my appointment and they were lovely.
