My visit went very smoothly. It was my six year old son who was having an eye test and all went well. Gabi was being very nice and friendly and she made my son feel comfortable. Martin was also very pleasant and friendly and professional as usual. He is such a lovely person and a great optometrist - very passionate about what he does so it's always such a pleasure.

My only comment really is that my prescription wasn't explained to me. I was told it had only minimally changed since last time (when I'd been to Specsavers). The optometrist took my glasses and worked out the prescription from them, but when I had the tests at Boots she just said it had only minimally changed. As it had been two years since my last eye test I would have appreciated the refresher! That said she was very nice and I'm sure if I had asked she would have told me, i just didn't think to in the moment and wished I had have done afterwards.
