I had an excellent experience attending for my two yearly eye check up. The person at reception and who operated the automatic tests was very pleasant. I felt that the optometrist was fully engaged. He was friendly and not patronising to me as an older woman. I thought the examination of my eyes was thorough and particular attention was paid to the health of my eyes. The Optometrist invited questions at the end of the examination and answered my questions in a clear and interested way. I do not expect to feel "cared for" when attending health appointments but it is refreshing to feel that the care given was genuine and to be able to admire the skills of a newly qualified practitioner. The staff at Boots Castle Boulevard Nottingham were Gabby and Optometrist Karamdeep.
