We have been coming to this optician long before Boots took it over. Initially we were worried that the high standard already established might fall with the change of ownership but it hasn't. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly in a personal way, welcoming us back like old friends. They never try to persuade us to spend money where it is not appropriate or necessary and always explain things in detail. No doubt we could have our specs more cheaply elsewhere but we would not sacrifice such an excellent service.
