The appointment as a contact lens appointment. I usually see Steve but he was not available so I saw another gentleman and at the time of the telephone appointment was given his name, Nick, which I always find helpful as you know who you are going to see. The appointment was on time, Nick was courteous, efficient and knowledgable. Having had a stroke 18 months ago, I had some concerns over an aneurysm at the back of one eye - his examination was highly thorough and very reassuring. All I needed was provided. An appointment is not required for another year but he said should `I have any concerns to call without hesitation. This was very reassuring and I appreciated it. I have always found the Contact Lens team, esp Steve and Nick to be very pleasant and thorough and ensuring the customers' personal needs are met. Thank you.
