I was not happy with the assistants attitude when testing my eyes before seeing the optician- i was not happy using the eye patch which was hanging on the side of the equipment-not sure how many other people had used it. (hygiene purposes) Also while i was having my eyes tested with the optician an assistant burst in and looked at me -the optician reported that he had not pressed anything-not sure what that was about!!!
