I searched google for the "Boots free eye test" and clicked on the link which took me to the booking process. I was unaware at the time that I had booked a payed appointment and didn't find out until I arrived for the appointment and was waiting to be seen when I was approached for money. I explained the situation but was advised that they couldn't help me and that I needed a voucher. Rather than going away and then attempting to repeat the process and trying to obtain a voucher I decided just to pay as I had other appointments to go to for the next several days. The eye test was good but I was disappointed that they couldn't sort that out. I purchase quite a few things from Boots on a regular basis but now sadly feel as though I should look elsewhere.
