Ali was very professional and carried out a thorough examination . Explained everything in detail, and spotted a potential problem which needed to be referred on. Total time spent on initial examination was 1hour 15 mins. Never before have I experienced such commitment to customer satisfaction . I doubt very much if you would get this at Specsavers!

I was very happy with the customer service from Optometrist Zabir andOptical consultant Aleema. Eyelashes were removed out of my eyes instantly by Zabir as they was causing discomfort. Also Aleema helped choose a lovely frame for my mother and daughter.

I have needed glasses/contact lenses for the last few years but had a bad experience at another opticians. I was recommended to try boots. Immediately I was put at my ease by the receptionist and during the Appointment was seen by Zabir, Chris and GG. All three were absolutely charming and very professional, especially Young Chris who is a trainee and an asset to the company. I now have contact lenses and glasses, which I’m very happy with. My experience at boots opticians New Milton was very pleasant, and I will be happy to return, and recommend family and friends.
