I instantly felt the warm welcome from the team at Boots Opticians. Whilst being attentive and helpful, at no time did I feel anything other than relaxed, not pressured and uncomfortable like you can find in situations like this. There was so much to chose from they gave me expert advice, thank you Alison and I particularly appreciate the fact that I receive digital retinal photography at no extra charge. We must also give mention Joe, Adam and Gruntara well done everyone
