From the moment I walked into the shop, I received first class treatment from people who seemed to want to help. Before seeing the Optometrist, Alison, I was seen by Dispenser Debbie who went through various treatments with me. After seeing Alison, Debbie then advised and helped me choose my glasses.

My son is 7 years old and is autistic and adam,david and debbie were amazing with him. They explained everything to him and helped him choose his glasses. I was so anxious myself but they made our appointment a breeze. When u have 2 children with disabilities this is so much of a massive deal and i just want to thank adam and david espically for the time and care u gave to my son. I was so pleased with their kindness and understanding. We didnt have to wait at all and we were put into a nice quite waiting area which really helped.

Debbie was very helpful in suggesting larger sunglasses for my mother whose eyes are very light sensitive. She and the manager made it possible for me to borrow some frames for her to try at home as she has difficulty getting around.

Received very good service from Alison, the Optometrist and Debbie, the Dispenser was very helpful when helping me make my choices with my new frames. She was friendly. Both of them were very welcoming.

Alison the optometrist and Debbie the dispenser were extremely helpful and explained all the options available to me. I felt very comfortable ordering my glasses from them today. All good and would holy recommend their service.
