Staff were very caring and exceeded my expectations. They were extremely efficient with their care and in consideration of my needs. I did not feel pressured, rushed or just another customer. I felt valued and the staff work very hard to achieve excellent customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I was seen by Alison for my eye test and she was friendly, reassuring and explained everything clearly. The examination was thorough and I was informed I had very minor cataracts. She told me I was fine and told me I could still drive, but needed new glasses. Debbie explained everything about the next stage and helped me find a suitable frame for my glasses. All the options were explained and within an hour of arriving I was off home. There is a good chance my glasses will be back within eight days. Excellent service throughout.

I had broken my spectacles & was due to go into hospital within a few days. Andy tried to get a repeat prescription ready in time, but unfortunately this was not to be.
