From the moment my wife and myself entered the opticians we were given an extremely warm welcome , I only went in inquire how much it would cost to have my glasses repaired . The young lady not only repaired them , but also repaired them free of charge .As mine and my wife's eyes where due for our annual check ups , we decided to ask what offers and advantage it would be for us to change opticians , and we are glad we did , all the personnel from Boots opticians Milford are extremely professional in all aspects of the work , they care for the individual and what there requirements are and not the price. I must emphasize Andy who was our main contact could have not been any more helpful . Please note all the above also covers my Wife Mrs F Millward

The optometrist Simon was very thorough in his examination and I was completely happy that my eyes had received the best attention possible. Dispensing was carried out first by Jack and then completed by Andy. I spent over an hour with each and advice and recommendations were provided without pressure to hurry. I will be returning to Boots in the future.

Optician was Alison and Dispenser was Andy. Both very professional and knowledgeable in their field of experience. Again both there for me and my needs not just to sell me spectacles. Will be back next year.
