Debbie was also of great help, very patient throughout the choosing process and she had good knowledge of the products she was able to offer me.

After a bad experience with another Opticians I went to boots in New Milton for the first time. Simon (optometrist) was professional and informative. Debbie (dispenser)was outstanding and went well above the call of duty to help me. My three children and mother will now be booking there eye tests with them. Great service many thanks

Following my recent move to the area and the need for an eye test I decided to try Boots, New Milton; prior to this I had used the same optician for 20 years. I am very impressed with the friendly, professional, 5 star service I received; I had a VERY thorough eye test with Jack (Optometrist) and brilliant after care service from Sam (Dispenser & Assistant Manager). I did need to purchase new glasses and Sam was very helpful and patient, explaining all of the available lens options without any pressure to purchase. Would highly recommend this opticians.
