Would like to recommend the staff at this branch in particular Sam the dispenser who promptly and courteously sorted out the nose pads on my glasses which were badly adjusted and causing discomfort.

Would like to recommend Boots optitions in New Milton.....I was looked after by Dispenser Debbie & Optometrist Jack Higgins.....my check was extremely thorough, & professional. Jack was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable & reassuring. Debbie also looked after me & made me feel completely at ease.....I find visiting the optitions more stressful than the dentist, so a relaxed, welcoming approach to my eye check for me, is a must!!!!
