They were good but optometrist did not know I was waiting to see him I had to wait while he spoke to another member of staff before I was asked if I was waiting for a hearing test when I said I was waiting for an eye test he then checked and then I was seen. I had been kept waiting for more than 15 minuets.

I attended with my 92 year old mother and she received excellent care and attention from the time we arrived when a colleague opened the door to us. We were attended by Debbie, dispenser, and the optometrist was Alison. Nothing was too much trouble and Alison explained what she had diagnosed from the results of the eye test and made a hospital and GP referral as necessary. Debbie was very kind and patient and obviously knew the stock which enabled my mum to make an informed choice for new glasses. All in all I was impressed with the care given to an elderly customer by the staff in this branch. We first visited this one several years ago when my mother previously needed glasses at we were impressed then too, hence the choice of a repeat visit to this branch.

My eye test with Jack at New Milton opticians was excellent. The dispenser was also excellent, very helpful and patient, he helped me choose a lovely pair of new glasses. I will recommend this practice to all my friends.

I must admit, Previously, I have taken the CHEAP version of Specsavers, yes , only to find what a difference in quality, in service, in product and expertise your business provides in comparison, I was informed that I would be given an eye test by one of your employees, who was undergoing his final assessment under tuition of a trained person, even at this stage , I Found him to be of a very high standard which bodes well for his future and that of you, his employers, being handed over from him to the staff that advised me on my selection of spectacles , I was impressed that he took time to explain my choice of glasses and the lenses option's , showing me an example of choices for me to select from, I have yet to have my glasses delivered , but I ,at this time, I have complete confidence that they will be to my liking, and will, if not, be corrected to my satisfaction.
