I popped into Boots Optician on spec (no pun intended) as I had accidentally knocked a shelf full of folders onto my glasses which had been sitting on a table at work. Consequently my glasses were rather misshapen! Sam was very helpful and took time to bend them back into shape for me. He tried them on me to check they were sitting correctly and adjusted them accordingly. He also replaced the nose pads as I'd broken one of those too (and gave them a nice clean too). all free of charge. Thank you very much. I'll try and remember to put them in their case when I'm not wearing them in future!

I have been going to the boots optician branch in new Milton for years. I continue to go there every year, despite the fact I have more recently moved to London. I choose to return to the same branch because I always receive the same excellent service. My most recent visit today was again exceptional. It was the first time I was seen by the optometrist Allison and she was incredibly professional, helpful and explained everything clearly. The dispenser, Andy, was also wonderfully helpful in choosing my glasses and getting me all sorted. Overall, the new Milton branch has a fantastic team of staff and have been providing me with first class service for years now.

A genial atmosphere, staff very polite, friendly & professional, Tom Gintaras seemed to instinctly know & understand just how to deal with each customer in a friendly yet professional manner, making one feel totally at ease. The optometrist , Simon, was thorough & explained each procedure, answering questions in depth.

I have visited Boots opticians in New Milton several times and I have always had a good experience. Alison the optometrist was extremely helpful and answered questions that I had. Sam the dispenser was extremely helpful also, giving me advice when I asked his opinion and explaining everything thoroughly. They are all very kind and polite and I can't fault them.
