I saw Andy and he explained that glasses there would include lenses despite there being a prism in one lens and second pair half price. I had been quoted over £100 at Scriven for one pair. Andy was great and he told me a very funny story when I collected my glass. I felt so at ease and love my new glasses. They are very comfy and normally I get headache with new ones, but no problem. As I'd lost my glasses he said he would fastrack the order so was greatly relieved and appreciative that he did so. I thought he'd probably forget or just sales talk. He was a man of his word. Many thanks I will return for second pair of reading ones when I can afford it
