Zabir, as always, was careful and attentive during the eye test, ensuring that the result was the right one. Gintaras the dispenser, spent time and effort making sure that the glasses I chose were suitable for me, and checked to make sure that replacement sunglasses in my favourite style were available. I have used this opticians previously and having received great customer service then, it was a no brainier to go back there for my bi annual eye test. The optometrist Jack Higgins was new, but extremely friendly and helpful, explaining everything to me thoroughly. A recommendation for new glasses was made and as before, the staff, were all very helpful. Gintaras was extremely patient, and advised me honestly, on my choice of frames, and I came away happy. Would definitely recommend this opticians, and from past experience, their after sales customer service, is also excellent.

I was seen by Sam first, it was his first day, he did a pre screening on my eyes. I felt he was dealing with me very well, he was polite and very professional throughout. He came across as friendly and I wish him good luck in his future with Boots Opticians. Next I was seen by Jack, who explained he was a student optometrist, if he hadn't of explained that I would never of guessed. The consultation was very thorough and I felt that the session was not in any way rushed. I explained I'd got sore eyes in the morning and was examined further and it was discovered that I was suffering from a mild case of blepharis. He gave me a leaflet and suggested some medication lotion that might help. I didn't feel pressured to purchase the product there and then.. When I chose my glasses the process went very smoothly. I would like to add I'm very happy with my prescription glasses they have made a difference !

Great work by Gintaras who arranged for me to see the Optometrist, Zabir, when I dropped in on the off-chance for an eye test. Zabir was brilliant and moved his lunch break to fit me in and Gintaras who organised it for me and then sorted my glasses out in quick order. They are always a very good bunch of staff, always welcoming over the years.

Have always been impressed with the service at Boots New Milton. Today Zabir checked my eyes in a very friendly, professional manner and Gintaras helped me select frames and measured me up in a courteous and efficient manner.
