Just been to New Milton Boots Opticians and found the team extremely helpful and polite. Sam dealt with the issue I had with my glasses (nose pad missing), then my wife's glasses adjustment efficiently and in a professional manner whist still acknowledging customers as they entered the shop. Well done all.

My Optometrist was extremely caring and thorough, especially as I had had a fall and cut my nose badly.
The gentleman, Gintaras, who fitted and measured my spectacles couldn't have been more helpful.
