The appointment was quickly made and Optometrist David Hodgson carried out a very thorough investigation, discussing a small cataract in detail and reassuring me. My Husband recently died so I was very emotional and embarrassed at the time but Chris, who helped me choose the frames best suited for me and the individual lens treatments best suited for my needs, was so understanding and and left me feel a great deal better when I left than when I went in. He was very knowledgeable, had a sense of humour without being unprofessional, explaining everything to me clearly which allowed me to make informed decisions. Sharon helped fit the glasses when they arrived, taking a great deal of trouble making sure they were correctly adjusted and comfortable and generally sending me off feeling that the whole experience had been an extremely pleasant one - which it was!

Once again from the moment I entered Boots Opticians at New Milton I was given Excellent Professional Service during the actual Eye Test and the supportive procedures. This also continued during the selection of new frames and lenses. Well done to Sam and David. Also a happy atmosphere exists throughout the store.

Boots Opticians New Milton provide an EXCELLENT service and have rightly just won the Boots "Practice of the Year Award". Zabir Ali is wonderful optician and his back-up staff are always friendly and helpful. I'd especially point out "G.G." who recommended the frames I am now wearing which have been favourably commented on by friends - and strangers!

I have been a customer at Boots Opticians in New Milton since buying my first pair of varifocals, and they also supply me with contact lenses. I have always been pleased with the customer care, the choices of frame, and contact lens service. The staff are all very personable and efficient, in particular Jack, Zabir, and Gintaras, have been very helpful.
