I phoned yesterday because my left eyesight suddenly became blurry. The store was shut due Corona Virus but I was given the telephone number of Zabir Ali one of their optometrists who arranged for me to come in and see him next day(Saturday). In all I was in there nearly 2 hours having tests with Gintaras and then a consultation with Zabir. Following this I was referred to the Eye Unit at Bournemouth Hospital for an appointment the following day. What a service in these difficult times. Really pleased.
