I was met at the door by Gintaras for my appointment and he explained the appointment routine. I needed new glasses and was very impressed with how thorough and professional Simon the Optometrist was in reviewing my eye health history which was a bit complex. Gintaras helped me choose frames, lenses etc and did my measurements for fitting. These were checked by Sam very promptly. I was in the shop for well over an hour but none of the time was spent waiting around. Best experience I have ever had in an opticians.
