I have used this opticians previously and having received great customer service then, it was a no brainier to go back there for my bi annual eye test. The optometrist Jack Higgins was new, but extremely friendly and helpful, explaining everything to me thoroughly. A recommendation for new glasses was made and as before, the staff, were all very helpful. Gintaras was extremely patient, and advised me honestly, on my choice of frames, and I came away happy. Would definitely recommend this opticians, and from past experience, their after sales customer service, is also excellent.
