from first stepping into the shop I was greeted by friendly helpful people. Having suffered a stroke in march I offered this information as I had issues leaving the house and was fearful I may not make the appointment; but they were understanding of my situation and assured me it wouldn't be an issue. fortunately I made the appointment and everything was explained step by step .my thanks to all of you.
