My son was a bit early for his appointment, but this was not an issue as Chris took him through and did the preliminary eye tests straight away. He then helped us to pick out some frames ready for after the Optometrist test. My son was really nervous but the Optometrist, Zabir, made him feel very relaxed and explained what he was going to do throughout. After the appointment Chris was ready to help again, Chris is very calm, helpful and thorough. Thank you!
