It has taken over three months to sort a problem that I had with 2 new pairs of glasses ordered from Boots. I had to return to the shop almost weekly for adjustments, as I was struggling to cope with the lenses, even though I had worn varifocal lenses for 20 years! However, it was discovered that the problem was with the type of lense and not with the prescription or fitting. The lenses were changed....problem thankfully resolved! Each time I returned to the shop I was met with patience and understanding by Gintaras, Sam and Ali the optometrist and I'm most grateful for a satisfactory conclusion.
