I rang due to a very sore eye and the swelling was moving down my face, I was given an immediate appointment, a full eye check and really well looked after.

I was extremely unhappy from the day of booking to my actual day of my appointment on the 24 of November at 2.40 pm..I recently had an eye test and purchased glasses at boots manchester..few weeks later i recieved a voucher for a 1 month trial of contact lens..I went to boots Manchester to make an appointment..The lady at the reception,tall about 5'8 dark slightly wavey hair served me that day..I find her customer service was unsatisfactory..I made a few questions regarding the contact lens but given me an answer as if that i feel like its not worth going for it..Anyway on the 24 of November I turned up for my appointment and i was served with the same lady...On the way up to the opticians department I noticed on your sign board about the contact lens trial scheme...I was not so sure wether my contact lens test is free initially or I need to join firt for monthly scheme before I could have a free test...I asked the same lady but given me an answer as if I was only there for a freebie..... She asked me to sit down at the waiting area while she went to tell the gentleman who would probably do my contact lens check up..It so happened that I am already watching that lady cause she was not been helpful with me last time...I saw her say something to the other guy, and the other guy looked at me and start sniggering..They were both sniggering and the other guy didnt just laugh and looked at me once...I sat calmly waiting to be seen..The same guy who was sniggiring with the other girl approached me..Then I told him that i was not happy the way they dealt with me..I told him that i am not just there for a free eye test that I am genuinely interested to know about the contact lens..as you can see on my record i bought new glasses recently with you.. I was that extremely unhappy that i walked out and told him I would go to spec saver who treated customer so special even if they know they are not buying... I am sorry that I would never ever go back at your store.. Rachel

Quick & easy service - full round of tests completed. Advice given Professional Staff Just a shame I didn't get a eye voucher on my advantage card coupons to put towards payment.
