Stephen was extremely helpful, attentive and pleasant. I had gone in to order some new spectacles, following an eye test just before Christmas. All was well explained to me, measurements taken by two people with obvious considerable care. Very happy with the service.

My only complaint is that I had a 9am appointment given I had to attend in work hours and felt that an early appointment should be on time. I wasn't actually taken in to see the optician until 9.35am - 35 mins late and wasn't given either an explanation or an apology

Gia (the receptionist) was so very nice, helpful and welcoming. She helped me with my enquiries whilst being really nice in the process. Varda (the optician), really helped me out and fixed my glasses. She was polite, nice and calm. I am definitely going to switch my opticians to them.
