Really friendly and gave me all the information I needed. I did look at the two ladies name badges that helped me but ivebforgotten now. But one really went all out to help me decide which glasses to get as I was very indecisive.

Excellent, efficient service, both during the preliminary tests and the sight test.

The staff were helpful and friendly, however the environment felt very much like a cattle ranch were people were being shepherded between initial tests and then waiting for the optometrist. Overall, I was disappointed that it took a full hour for my appointment, of which 20 minutes was with the optometrist and their team and 40 minutes was waiting.
